DIRECT the Respondents to rectify and reflect the name of the Petitioner as the owner of the Schedule Property on the Kodathi Village Panchayat website namely - eswathu.karnataka.gov.in, to enable payment of property tax by the Petitioner in respect of the Schedule Property, screenshots of which are at Annexure - A1 to A6. b. DIRECT the Respondents to rectify and reflect the name of the Petitioner in the online record - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40599 WP No. 12842 of 2025 of the Khata in repect of the Schedule Property on the website of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Karnataka namely - bsk.karnataka.gov.in, screenshots of which are at Annexure - B1 to B6. c. Grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in light of the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interests of justice and equity." 2. When this petition was listed on 09.10.2025, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 sought time to secure instructions. 3. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has filed a memo and has enclosed therewith rectified khata of the property of the petitioner. 4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that E-Khata of the property of the petitioner is now rectified and therefore, the reliefs sought for by the petitioner is complied. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40599 WP No. 12842 of 2025 5. In that view of the matter the writ petition stands disposed off. 6. Office is directed to return the original E-Khata filed by the petitioner along with the writ petition after retaining a photocopy. 7. Mr. M.S.Devaraju, learned counsel is directed to file memo of appearance within a period of 10 days. 8.
