The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, E.O-II, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.137 of 2019 has granted bail to the petitioner with a conditions that "(ii) the petitioner / accused should furnish two sureties each to the value of Rs.50,000/- showing property in their name to the satisfaction of the Court''. Now, the petitioner seeks modification of the order. 3.
