JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 01-08-2025 Heard the parties. 2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 12.03.2024 and 5.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14992 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 69417 of 2024 respectively. 3. It has very fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that out of seven witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2023. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence and also in view of the Judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the Case Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44245 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 of X Vs. State of Rajasthan and Anr. reported in SCC OnLine SC 3539, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
