Standing Counsel for Agricultural Marketing Committees. 2. Sri A. Krishna Kishore, Ld. Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture, has submitted Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer (AM) FAC, Kadapa, along with the details of the balance amount due to be paid to the Writ Petitioner. Copy of it has been supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. Sri A. Krishna Kishore, Ld. Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture, submits that the Bills were uploaded on 17.01.2025. 4. Due to the closure of the Financial Year by 31.03.2025, the Bills that were uploaded by the Administrative Department would have automatically elapsed. Therefore, the Administrative Department would now be required to once again upload the Bills automatically. 5. From the above facts, it appears that an amount of Rs.45,27,203.15 ps. is directed to be remitted to the account of 3 GRKP,J W.P.No.2782 of 2025 the Writ Petitioner. For this purpose, there shall be a direction to the Official Respondents to interdepartmentally coordinate and cooperate with each other to have the due amounts administratively processed within a period of sixteen weeks from today and credit the amounts by way of transfer to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. 6. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
