GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.10728 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring action of respondents 3 and 6 in repeatedly insisting the petitioners to appear before their authority in connection with Crime No 133 of 2019 without registering the report of petitioners dt 07 06 2019 as illegal irregular without any authority of law and violative of Provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with the petitioners life liberty and properties and further direct the respondents 5 and 6 to register FIR on the petitioners report dt 07 06 2019 without arresting them and passand pass…” 2. Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police completed investigation in Crime No.133 of 2019 of Amalapuram Town P.S. and laid charge sheet vide C.C.No.487 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Amalapuram, on 01.10.2021 and the same is pending for trial. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. The writ petition is filed alleging that the respondents/police repeatedly insisting the petitioners to appear before police in connection with Cr.No.133/2019, without registering the report of the petitioners dated 07.06.2019. 4 5. Now, the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader would establish that police concluded investigation, and police laid charge sheet and the case is coming for trial. 6. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
