Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the civil suit was not registered, the learned trial Court could have kept the application pending and after registration of the civil suit, the same could have decided by the learned trial Court. 3. Be that as it may, perusal of the record indicates that the learned trial Court has observed that after the registration of the civil suit the parties are liberty to move a fresh application for compromise. 4. In view of above, as the liberty has already been reserved, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition therefore, this writ petition is disposed of. 5.
