This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 4th respondent at the instance of respondents 5 to 8 in repeatedly insisting petitioner and his family members to appear before his authority and yield to the terms of respondents 5 to 8 by delivering petitioner's agricultural landed properties admeasuring Ac. 1.73 cents in RS No.244/6 of Kondepi Village and Mandal of Prakasam District, in favour of respondents 5 to 8, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioner's life, liberty and property.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. It is represented that the learned counsel for the Petitioner is no more. 4. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
