This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, order or a direction.
more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly the 5th and 6th respondents in entering the premises of the petitioner dated 24.01.2024 and extending threats to the employees of the Petitioner to hand over the pledged gold ornaments in respect of loan account No's.0649/LMS/000039,0649/LMS/000040,0649/LMS/000041,06 49/LMS/000042,0649/000064,0649/MHL/0001399,0649/AFL/00 0166,0649/MHL/0001400, and 0649/MHL/0001878 sanctioned to Bandi Polaraju @ Polayya without discharging the loan amounts under the guise of registration of crime vide No. 170/2023 under Sections 354, 323, 420 IPC, r/w Section 3(1)(r)(s)(w)(i), 3(2)(Va) of SCs/STs (PoA) Act 1989 before Poduru P.S., Palakollu and interference with the day-to-day business activities of the Petitioner's Company without following due process of law as illegal, unwarranted, unsustainable, arbitrary against Law as well as principles of natural justice and direct the Respondents not to interfere with the business activities of the Petitioner without following due process of law.…”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4
