As the matter was settled between the parties, the Court below is directed to restore the above criminal appeal 4. With the above directions, this Criminal Revision case is allowed and the Judgment passed in Criminal Appeal No.67 of 2023 on 10.01.2024 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis by the Second Additional District Sessions Judge, Tindivanam is hereby set aside. The learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Tindivanam is directed to dispose of the above Crl.A within a period of two weeks from the date of restoring the appeal.
