THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: Digitally signed by MEGHA MOHAN Location: HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA - 2 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29442 WP No. 6258 of 2025 CORAM: HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the V Additional Family Court at Bengaluru to consider and dispose of the M.C.No.6052/2023 on merits in a time bound manner within three months. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the wife is harassing the husband. The husband is a Government employee. She had filed several cases and also she has given a complaint to the Superior and she had made his life miserable. Hence, there shall be a direction to the Family Court. 3. The Hon'ble Apex Court in several cases observed that in each and every case High Court cannot direct the District Courts or the other Courts to dispose of the matter in a time bound manner unless and until it is a case which warrants such an order. It is for the trial Court judges to manage their Board and this Court cannot pass any orders. Particularly, when it comes to the Family Courts at Bengaluru, they are burdened with pendency of cases. On the administrative side, this Court - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29442 WP No. 6258 of 2025 had already directed the Family Courts at Bengaluru to dispose of the matters till 2019 by giving priority to only those matters and no other matter shall be taken up. This case is not such an exceptional case that this Court has to pass orders directing a matter of 2023 to be disposed of. Hence, in that view of the matter, this Court do not find any reasons to pass the orders. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following: ORDER (i) The Writ Petition is dismissed. (ii) All IAs., in this petition shall stand closed. SD/- (LALITHA KANNEGANTI) JUDGE KA List No.: 1 Sl No.: 42
