DATE : 01/10/2025 1) Heard. 2) The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.398 of 2025, registered with Police Station, Old City, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b),20(b)(ii) and 8(c) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. 3) The co-accused has disclosed the name of this applicant, that he has received said substance from this applicant. The applicant was protected by granting ad- interim anticipatory bail on 23.09.2025. 4) The learned APP has stated that the applicant is attending the Police Station 5) As the name of this applicant is disclosed by the co- accused during custody, interim protection was granted. Hence, the following order- i] The application is allowed. ii]The order dated 23.09.2025 granting ad- interim anticipatory bail is confirmed. iii] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer.
