The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.4 to finalize the proceedings initiated against the respondent no.5 on the basis of enquiry report dated 05.03.2025 as well as notice dated 12.03.2025 and take appropriate decision as per the law. 3. The petitioner is complainant and he is not aggrieved by the finalization of the proceedings initiated against the respondent no.5 as none of the rights of the petitioner is prejudiced. 4. In such view of the fact, the petitioner has no locus standi to file the present writ petition. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
