ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy) Heard Sri D. Vamsi Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II, for the Writ Petitioners, and Sri B. Prem Kowshik, learned counsel representing Sri M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioners have challenged the order dated 30.04.2018 passed in O.A.No.847 of 2018 on the file of learned A.P. Administrative Tribunal.
3. The controversy in this lis pertains to the fixation of notional seniority of the respondents.
4. At the time of hearing the writ petition, both the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the petitioners and also learned counsel for the respondents, in unison, submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by an order of a Coordinate Bench of this Court rendered in W.P.No.4594 of 2021, and thereby prayed to dispose of this writ petition in terms of the said order. A copy of the said order is also placed on record.
5. Therefore, considering the aforesaid submissions made by both the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the petitioners and also learned counsel for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the
Order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.4594 of 2021, dated 30.03.2022.
6. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.4594 of 2021, dated 30.03.2022 to this order.
7. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
