1. Heard Mr. B.P. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent No. 1. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 and in exercise thereof call for the records of the criminal case No. 42765 of 2025 registered on the basis of the final investigation report by the Police Station Tikarapara, Raipur (C.G.) against the petitioners herein, admit the petition and after hearing parties further pleased to as ex debito justitate quash the entire criminal case of crime No. 645 of 2025 & which culminated into charge-sheet No. 605 of 2025, which is Annexure (P-1), filed in criminal case Nko.
42765 of 2025 before the JMFC, Raipur
3 (C.G.), being illegal, unlawful and contrary to the law established in this regard and in the facts and circumstance of the case and/or pass such other orders in favour of the petitioner as this Hon’ble Court may deem it fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise all such pleas and contentions as may be available to them in accordance with law before the learned trial Court at the appropriate stage of the trial. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 5.
