JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ directing the Respondent No 2 to issue affiliation to run Bed college in the name and style as GKM B Ed College, for the academic year 2024-25 based on the recognition order issued by the NCTE dated 13/06/2024 in File No.F.NO.SRC/NCTE/APSO 9251/BED/438 MTG/KA2024/144996-145000 produced at Annexure C and considering the representation dated 28/04/2025 produced at Annexure G and 06/05/2025 produced at produced at Annexure H. b. Direct the Respondent No.2, Bangalore University to permit the students of the Petitioner B.Ed. College to appear in the current exams to be conducted from - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40862 WP No. 14538 of 2025 27/05/2025 as per the exam notification dated 12/05/2025 produced at Annexure K and thereafter to declare results of the examination. c. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. Heard Sri.Akash B Shetty learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri.Manjunath.K learned HCCP for respondent No.1, Sri.Siddarth.H.M learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, having regard to the fact that the petitioner had not submitted any representation to either respondent No.1 or respondent No.2 prior to filing of the present petition, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation to respondent Nos.1 and 2. If such a representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today along with relevant documents, respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of submission of the said representation by the petitioner. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40862 WP No. 14538 of 2025 4.
