The short grievance of the petitioner, as reflected in the representation dated 02.08.2025 at Annexure-17, which has been submitted to the Commissioner-cum- Secretary, Department of School & Mass Education , Government of Odisha, is for taking action against O.P. No.5, on the ground that he has committed misappropriation and fabricated certain records. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that when such a representation is given, the authorities, to whom it was addressed, should take a call on the same in accordance with law. This having not been done, this Court should issue an appropriate direction in this regard. 3. Learned AGA appearing for the O.Ps., in all fairness, submits that he would instruct O.P. Nos.1, 2 & 2 Amit 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as has been aired in the subject representation, in accordance with law and for that purpose some reasonable time may be granted. With this proposal, learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable. In the above circumstances, Writ Petition is disposed off directing O.P. Nos.1, 2 & 3 to consider or cause to be considered the subject representation within a period of eight weeks and to inform the result thereof to the petitioner. All contentions are kept open.
