By these petitions, the prayer of the petitioners is to give appropriate directions to the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Tribunal), to decide the execution applications filed by the petitioners so as to execute the orders passed by the Tribunal extending certain benefits in favour of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent- authorities did not implement the impugned orders within the stipulated time period of three months, as had been directed by the Tribunal, therefore, the execution applications was filed by the petitioners, direction to dispose of which applications is being sought by the petitioners. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On asking of this Court, Ms. Bhavana Datta, Senior Panel Counsel, appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondent – Union of India. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent has not been able to dispute with regard to the aforesaid factual position. 6. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record with their able assistance. 7.
