7. Since the appellant has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required, the present appeal is allowed and the interim order dated 17.11.2025 is made absolute.
8. However, if required, the appellant(s) shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 482 (2) BNSS.
