Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 24/01/2025
1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce all the relevant records relating to case of the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the undated merit list (Annexure P-1) and further all the consequential proceeding in furtherance of Annexure P-1. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to put the name of petitioner in first place of merit list and give him appointment letter. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on telephonic instructions he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this
3 writ petition with liberty to file a better petition as some appointment order has been passed.
3. No objection from other side.
