Office objections in First Appeal (Stamp) No.6919/2023 were not removed despite several chances, as a consequence of which, the learned Registrar (Judicial) passed a conditional order on
18.07.2023. Despite this order, the office objections were not removed within stipulated period of 14 days, as a consequence of which, registration of the appeal stood refused.
2. The appellant has preferred present application challenging the order dated 18.07.2023 Prity
2 / 2 41.cao486.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) in which, there is a delay of 66 days.
3. For the reasons mentioned in paragraphs Nos.2 to 7 in the application, the delay is hereby condoned. The M.C.A.(Stamp) No.20881/2023 be registered under Chapter VI Rule 5 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules.
4. The civil application is disposed of. Misc. Civil Application (ST) No.20881/2023
For the reasons mentioned above, the Misc. Civil Application (ST) No.20881/2023 is allowed and order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is set aside, subject to condition that all office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today i.e. on or before 20.02.2025.
