GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the 5th respondent on 13- 09- 2021 seizing the Innova Crysta Car bearing Registration Number AP 39 FY 0006 belongs to the Petitioner even though the Vehicle did not involve into any offence nor contravene any rules and inspite of the same handing 2 over to the 3rd respondent Buchi Naidu Kandriga Police station and further the action of the 3rd respondent in detaining the vehicle Innova Crysta Car from 13-09-2021 to till date at the Police Station in absence of registration of any case, without having any right or authority and without releasing the same inspite of the request made by the Petitioner is arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19 (1) (g) and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 to release forthwith the Innova Crysta Car Bearing Registration No. AP 39 FY 0006 belongs to the Petitioner.” 2.
