The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:- (i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the present case from the Respondent No. 1 and 2. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to allow the present petition by passing an appropriate order/direction for quashing of the impugned FIR bearing crime no. 61/2025 u/s 498-A and 34 of IPC dated 21-09- 2025 registered at Respondent No. 1 Police Station against the Petitioners along with all the subsequent criminal proceedings arising out of the same. (iii) That, any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, may kindly be awarded. 2. As per the Mediation Report dated 17.11.2025, the mediation proceedings between the parties have failed. 3 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 04.11.2025, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs. 50,000/- before the Mediation Centre, which has been duly received by the respondent/wife on 17.11.2025. A copy of the receipt has also been placed on record. 4. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, the charge-sheet has been filed; the trial Court has taken cognizance of the offences; and the matter is now fixed for framing of charge on 10.12.2025. 5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to take recourse to law. 6.
