Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned action of the respondents in not taking any action against the unsocial activities of persons named in the complaint, made by the petitioner dt 10.07.22023, even leading to threat to the lives of the members of the petitioner society as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to take action forthwith on the complaint dt 10.07.2023, made by the petitioner's society, in the interest of Justice and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to grant interim directions, directing the respondents to take action on the compliant made by the petitioner dt 10.07.2023, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: G V SHIVAJI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME Counsel for the Respondents:GP FOR REVENUE

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned action of the respondents in not taking any action against the unsocial activities of persons named in the complaint, made by the petitioner dt 10.07.2023, even leading to threat to the lives of the members of the petitioner society as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to take action forthwith on the complaint dt 10.07.2023, made by the petitioner's society, in the interest of Justice and pass such other order or orders…”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. V Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a crime was registered in Cr.No.143 of 2023 under Sections 341, 506 r/w. 34 IPC on the file of Gollaprole Police Station against the accused persons. 4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
