This is a second round of litigation wherein the petitioner is seeking payment by way of installments. 3. By an order dated 10.01.2025, the co-ordinate Bench of this Court had granted time to the petitioner to make payment of the balance amount due to the bank within a period of two months but from the record it is clear that the petitioner had failed to do so. 4. Counsel for the respondent-bank has vehemently opposed this writ petition and states that the bank is not ready to accept the amount from the petitioner in installments. 5. Since the bank is unwilling to grant additional time to the petitioner to pay the balance amount in installments, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty granted to the petitioner to negotiate with the bank in accordance with law.
