Srinivas as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4threspondent to take necessary action against the named accused in the representation in accordance with law and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in circumstances of the case.….” 2. Heard Sri P.V.Venkata Ravi Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that after receiving the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police tried to contact the petitioner for the purpose of registering the crime, but he did not respond. Later, on 04.10.2021, the petitioner approached the police for registration of crime. Basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.349 of 2021 under Section 420 of IPC was registered at Chandragiri Police Station. 3 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
