Heard the parties.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024, corresponding to S.T. No.77 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 452/341/323/506/302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega.
On 07.04.2024, petitioner along with co-accused persons entered into house of the informant and inflicted injury on the vital part of the informant. It is specifically alleged that the petitioner had given dawali blow to her mother-in-law, due to which she succumbed to her injuries.
Mr. Hemant Kumar Shikarwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though there is specific allegation against the brother of the informant but police has submitted final form against him. It was further submitted that the husband of the informant is accused in murder of the mother of the petitioner and that is why he has been falsely implicated in this case.
Mr. Ajay Kr. Pathak, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and the murder weapon was recovered at this pointing out. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. Learned trial court shall expedite the trial.
