Learned Single Judge of this Court in Criminal Petition No. 2980 of 2025 27.03.2025 enlarged the Accused No.3 on bail. So far five witnesses was on are examined. Material portion of investigation in so far as the alleged role played by the Petitioner is completed. The Petitioner i- Thurupupakala Village, Peddapuram Mandal, Kakinada IS a permanent resident of District. He has got permament abode. Chances of either fleeing away from the clutches from the law may not arise. 4. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation levelled against the Petitioner, his alleged role played in this case, and the period of detention undergone by the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail with the following stringent conditions:
5. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions;
The Petitioner/Accused No.8 shall be enlarged on bail subject to his executing a bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum each I. to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District Sessions Judge- cum- Special Judge for trial of offences under NDPS Act, Rajamahendravaram. ii- The Petitioner/Accused No.8 shall and appear before the Station House Officer, Rampachodavaram Police Station Sitharama Raju District, on every Saturday in between 10:00 and 05:00 pm, till cognizance is taken by the learned the Trial Court. , Alluri am iii. The Petitioner/Accused No.8 shall not leave the limits of the State of Andhra Pradesh without prior permission from the Station House Officer concerned. The Petitioner/Accused No.8 shall not commit or indulge in commission of any offence in future. The Petitioner/Accused No.8 shall IV. V. cooperate with the investigating officer in further investigation of the case and shall make himself available for interrogation by the investigating officer as and when required. Vi.
