The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief: “for the modification of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 30510 of 2025 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and to allow/permit brother-in-law of the petitioner as one of the bailor and modify to the extend of reasonable period of furnishing bail bond.” 3. In this case, relief was extended to the petitioner on 20.05.2025 now the modification petition has been filed and the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47794 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 submission is that his brother-in-law may be allowed to be one of the sureties as the parents/relatives have no financial status. 4. In that background, the order dated 20.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 30510 of 2025 is modified and the condition is paragraph no. 7 (i) be read as follows: 7(i) one of the bailor should be the family members/relatives/brother-in-law of the petitioner, who shall provide official document to show his bona fide; 5.
