JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “(i) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the court of Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Hosakote to dispose of the pending Suit in O.S.No.192 of 2024, within a stipulated time, to meet the ends of justice; (ii) Pass such other order / orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit, in the facts & circumstances of the case, including an order as to costs, in the interest of justice.” 2. The suit in O.S.No.192 of 2024 is instituted seeking injunction. The said suit is said to be pending consideration before the concerned Court and therefore the petitioner is before this Court seeking the aforesaid prayer. 3. In the light of the said prayer, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the suit, within an outer limit of one year, in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
