ARAVA MALLESWARA REDDY, S/O MALLA REDDY, AGED ABOUT 55 YEARS, R/O JANGALAPALLI VILLAGE, PEDDAMUDIUM MANDAL, Y.S.R KADAPA DISTRICT, A.P ...RESPONDENT(S): 3 Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent who with the guidance of 3rd Respondent in pressurizing the petitioners to withdraw the CRLP No. 2208/2021 by illegal methods and by working hand in glove with the Respondent No. 7 in helping the 10th Respondent by way of pressurizing the Petitioner to withdraw the Civil suit in OS No. 34 of 2020 pending before the Honble Senior Civil Judge Court, Proddatur YSR Kadapa District, A.P and in detaining the Petitioner No.1 for 3 days from 21.03.2021 to 23.03.2021 and for demanding and taking Rs.1,50,000/- from 2nd Petitioner in releasing the Petitioner No.1 and in registering the properties of the 2nd Petitioner in favour of the 7th Respondent by way of coercion and by forcefully obtaining the signatures of the Petitioners and their relatives on pre drafted document No. 1783/2021 dt 22/03/2021 and in illegally trespassing into the Petitioners House and manhandling a minor child (3rd Petitioner) and detaining them in Police Station and thereby causing mental trauma to the Petitioners wherein clearly violating the Interim Orders Passed in CRLP No. 2208/2021 as arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and in violation of Article, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the Respondents 7 to 12 to not to harass the petitioners and not to pressurize the Petitioner to withdraw the civil suit in OS No. 34 of 2020 pending on the file of Honble Senior Civil Judge Court, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District, A.P and pass 4 IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3 and 4 particularly not to harass the petitioners family and not to interfere with the Civil Disputes in OS No. 34 of 2021 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District, A.P and not to threaten the Petitioners family to withdraw the CRLP No. 2208 of 2021 and not to illegally detain or to lift them from their house and keep them for days in Police Station pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1. It is submitted that Sri N.S.V.Ravi Teja, learned counsel for the petitioners is now functioning as Assistant Government Pleader and hence, there is need to change vakalat. 3. At this juncture, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not pressuring the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition or civil suit which are pending between the parties. 4.
