(2)This Court vide order dated 13.02.2025, closed applications in A.Nos.5871 to 5873/2022 after recording events. Learned AG&OT was permitted to enter into a fresh lease agreement with the 3 rd applicant herein after following due process of law. (3)In the course of hearing the earlier applications, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the applicants submitted that the applicants may be permitted to pay rent once in three months. However, this was not recorded in the order dated 13.02.2025.
