PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following ORDER: A.1 & A.2 in Crime No.63 of 2024 on the file of lndukurpet Police Station, SPS Nellore District, filed the present application unde`r Section 482 B.N.S.S., seeking anticipatory bail. The said crime was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 & 327 I/w 34 lPC. 2. Heard Sri V.Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3. As seen from the material available on record, earlier application filed by the petitioners was dismissed by this Court vide Criminal Petition No.5637 - -i-- of 2024 by order dt. 28.08`2024. Subsequently also the Petitioners filed + another petition vide criminal petition No.8431 of 2024. This Court by order dated 18.12.2024 dismissed the Said Petition Stating that there are nO changed circumstances. Now, the Present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners contends that the injuries received by the de facfo complainant are Simple in nature and he filed Wound certificates along with present Petition. 5. ln earlier petitions, Said Wound Certificates Were not available on record. Further, though the Crime has been registered in the month Of June 2024, the police could not able tO apprehend Petitioners, even after dismissal of the lSt petition in the month of August 2024- 6. As the crime is pending from June 2024 onwards, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners by directing them to surrender before the police concerned and co-operate with the invest'lgation enabling the \ lpolice to proceed with investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed With following directions: (i) Accordingly, petitioners / A.1 & A.2 are directed to Surrender before the station House Officer, lndukurPet Police Station, sps Nellore District, On Or before 10.04.2025. On such surrender, the station House Officer, lndukurpet Police station, sps Nellore District, is directed tO release the petitioners / A.1 & A.2 on bail On their executing Personal Gf€ bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties for the like Sum each tO the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, lndukurpet Police Station, SPS Nellore District. ('li) petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation as and when required, and they shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of` the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. (iii)petitioners / A.1 & A.2 are directed to appear before the station House Officer, lndukurpet Police Station, SPS Nellore District, twice in a week i.e., On every Monday and Friday betweeri 10.00 A.M. and 01.00 P.M. until further orders.
