Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made representations dated 02.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) and 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) to the competent authority for redressal of its GAURAV SOROT 2025.05.20 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-13300-2025 (O&M) -:2:- grievances, but no action has been taken thereon till date. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the respondent authorities are directed to deal with its concerns/grievances and pass appropriate order on the said applications. 3. Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Gaurav Bansal, DAG, Haryana and Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate appear and accept notice on behalf of the respondent-State and respondents-HSVP, respectively and submit that the said representations shall be considered and decided by the competent authorities, in accordance with law. 4. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 (competent authorities), to look into the pending representations dated 02.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) and 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned order thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 5.
