The petitioner has assailed the impugned order of transfer dated 28.04.2025 passed by the respondent No.2-Special Secretary, Urban Development, Government of U.P. at Lucknow. Shri Dileep Chandra Mishra, learned counsel assisted by Shri Deepanshu Dhuriya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is scheduled to retire on 30.06.2025. The transfer order is actuated by malafides. The transfer at this stage will hinder the expeditious processing of the pensionary and other terminal dues of the petitioner. The impugned order of transfer dated 28.04.2025 passed by the respondent No.2-Special Secretary, Urban Development, Government of U.P. at Lucknow is liable to be set aside and is set aside. The respondents are directed to ensure that the retiral dues and other entitlements of the petitioner are processed expeditiously before his retirement.
