It is open to the petitioner to agitate his claim for interest, if any, payable by the respondents, in an appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.” 2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, Sri Nagula Nagaraju, learned counsel representing 4th respondent has furnished a letter addressed by the 1st respondent vide Letter No.CC.5416/2023, dated 25.09.2025, which disclosed that net amount of Rs.32,99,324/- has been deposited to the petitioner’s bank account bearing No.RBISN62025092522557323 and the orders of the Court has been complied with. Therefore, prays to close the contempt case, the said fact was also not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner. 3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
