ORAL ORDER
1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. "Issue writ of mandamus to the Respondent Bank to accept the Petitioner's Representation Letter dated 03-07-2025 vide ANNEXURE Q to consider Rs.25.00 Lakhs in full and final settlement of his loan account. b. Issue writ of mandamus to Respondent Bank not to take any action against the Schedule Property. Till
consideration of the Petitioner's Representation Letter dated 03-07-2025 vide ANNEXURE - Q. c. Issue such other orders or direction/s as may be deemed fit to grant, including cost of the case, in the view of facts and circumstances of this above case in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Sri K Rama Bhat, learned counsel for respondents submits that the petitioner has paid the loan amount due and the loan account has been closed. As such, the above reliefs are not required to be considered.
3. In that view of the matter, placing his submission on record, the petition stands disposed.
