THIS WP IS FILED PRAYING TO QUASH THE AWARD DTD 07.03.2024 PASSED BY THE PRL. DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE AND LABOUR COURT, DAVANAGERE IN ID NO. 5/2019 VIDE ANNEXURE-A AND ETC.,
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED.
CONCILIATION ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - KSRTC and
learned counsel for the respondent and respondent are present.
2. The parties have reported settlement and have filed a Joint Memo, which reads as under:-
"The WP is filed against the award in ID No.05/2019 dated 7.3.2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Davanagere, has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under:
1. The petitioner-Corporation agreed to reinstate the Respondent-workman into service with continuity of service, but without consequential benefits without backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement by reducing one incremental stage with cumulative effect.

2. The Respondent is not entitled for difference of salary from the date of reinstatement as per the interim order till the date of settlement.
The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of conciliators on this 12.07.2025 at Bengaluru Bench".
3. The respondent-workman is personally present. The original office ID has been examined which has Sl.No.V-07 Token No.26503. A copy thereof is also placed on the file.
4. In that view of the matter, subject to above compliance, the Joint memo is accepted.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo.
