This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in high-handedly trying to dispossess the petitioner from the house and vacant site admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No.176 of Mopurupalli Village, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, Chittoor District. 3. However, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, submits that the petitioner was not granted any patta for the subject land and that it is classified as Government dry land. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No.176 of Mopurupalli Village, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, Chittoor District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. If the petitioner is found to be in possession of the same, the matter shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law by giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner along with others concerned, and upon verification of the records and the subject land, an appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated.
