No. 3655 of 2025: 1. This application has been filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of 635 days in filing this appeal challenging the judgment of learned Single Judge. 2. In the application filed for condonation of delay, it is alleged that the order of the writ petition passed on 12.04.2023 by learned Single Judge was not communicated to the appellant by learned counsel engaged by him before learned Single Judge. 3. We are not inclined to accept this plea because it is also the duty of the appellant to find out the status of the case and he cannot throw blame on the advocate for not informing him about the result of the case. The delay of 635 days is not satisfactorily explained. Therefore, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed. 2025:JHHC:13730-DB 2 4. Consequently, this appeal is dismissed. (M. S.
