AMARNATH GOUD Order 28.04.2025 Today when the matter is called up consideration, in all fairness, it is agreed by the counsel for the parties that the present case is hand is covered by the judgment and order dated 03.03.2021 passed in WP(C) 488 of 2019 and batch matters of this Court. It is also covered by another order dated 24.02.2023 passed in WP(C) 993 of 2022 of this Court. It is further stated by the counsel for the parties that orders of both the judgments mentioned above have been complied with and the benefit has already been extended to the petitioners and employees by the respondents. In view of the same, the present writ petition stands disposed of since it is covered by judgment and order cited (supra).
