Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to conduct fair, proper and expeditious investigation in first information report dated 27.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 53 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S. and Sections 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha), 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Pahari, District Chitrakoot. 3. We find that the present first information report has been lodged on 27.3.2025 and as such, the petitioner has shown undue haste in filing present petition and in any case the petitioner has remedy before the court below in view of the judgment passed in the case of Ajay Kumar Pandey versus State of U.P. and 2 others 2021 (2) ADJ 239. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, if the need so arise. 5.
