No. 73 of 2024 passed by this Bench. Therefore, for reasons alike, this appeal is also allowed and the punishment of compulsory retirement passed against the appellant by the 2nd respondent is set aside. The concerned respondent shall reinstate the appellant in service with all consequential benefits including full salary and allowances from the date of compulsory -2 of 2- retirement.
