GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent 2 and 3 in calling the petitioner to the police station regularly on the ground of suspected sheet is as illegal, arbitrary and article 14 and 21 of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent 2 and 3 not to call petitioner to the police station.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not calling the Petitioner to the Police Station. 2 3. Sri P.Narasimhulu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the Police not to call the Petitioner to the Police Station. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Respondents – Police are directed not to call the Petitioner to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
