1. Heard Ms. Vedagni Jangde, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Mayank Chandrakar, learned counsel for respondent. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“i. That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to place all the records of the case for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. ii. That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents no. 1 to 3 and to stay the work order in favour of the respondent no. iii. That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent no 1 to 3 to open and consider the petitioners' price bid which is lowest among all the other participants. iv. Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. v. Any other relief, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”

At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioner has filed the present petition without appropriate prayer which is defective one and the cause title is also defective, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayer, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 3
4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court for wasting precious time fo the court and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Government Multi-Disabled Home, Village Pendri, District- Janjgir- Champa (C.G.). 6.
