The Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 -ls filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused No.4 seeking regular bail in Crime No.09 of 2025 of Bhimunipatnam Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate. i "E= G3aZ335jP I 2 I/ 2. A case has been regl'stered against the petitioner and others for the offence punishable under section 108 read with 3 (5) B.N.S. 3. Case of the prosecution is that, the deceased Botta Srinivasa Raowas married the informant Botta Varalakshmi and they have one daughter and one son. Their daughter yamini was given in marriage with Al in the year 2020. But due to some disputes between them, Yamini used to stay in her parents' house at Gollalapalem, Bheemunipatnam. seven days prior to 25.12.2024, the deceased went to hl's parents' village Kaligiri. The deceased was continuously thl'nking about the marriage life of his daughter and disputes and went in depression and committed suicide by hanging himself in his brother's house at Kaligiri. On seeing the same, brother of the deceased informed the incident to the informant. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. The learned `counsel for the petitioner submits that police have examined as many as o5 witnesses and recorded their statements. The accused Nos.1 to 3 were already enlarged on anticipatory bail. 6. A perusal of the material goes to showthatthe petitionerwas arrested on 10.01.2025 and since then, she is in judicial custody. The petitI'Oner herein is the accused No.4. This Court by its order sl ife r`fa dated 30.01.2025, enlarged the accused Nos.1 to 3 on anticl'patory bail. 7. The learned AssI®Stant Public Prosecutor submI-tS that major Part Of the investigation iS completed except filing of charge-sheet. 8. ln vI'eW Of the aforesaid facts and cI-rCumStanCeS, this Court is jncll'ned to grant bail to the petitioner/accused No.4 herein, on the followI-ng conditions. (i) The petitioner/accused No.4 herein shall be released on her executing a personal bond for Rs.10,00or (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Bheemunipatnam. (ii) on release, the petitioner/accused No.4 shall appear before the Station House officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 a.m. and o5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet, 9.
