1. This MCC application has been filed seeking deletion of the name of Smt. Sushila Sahu & her sons in Claim Case No. 1709/2018 from the cause-title and paragraph 2 of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in MAC No. 1592/2018 and the connected batch of petitions.
2. It is submitted that due to an inadvertent typographical mistake in Digitally signed by SHAYNA KADRI
2 the cause-title and paragraph 2 of the said judgment, the claim case No. 1709/2018 (Smt. Sushila Sahu & Sons) has wrongly been mentioned, although no such case exists or has been decided.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the claim case No. 1709/2018 (Smt. Sushila Sahu & Sons) in the cause-title and paragraph 2 of the said judgment along with the names of the parties shown therein is directed to be deleted from the order.
4. Accordingly, the details mentioned in cause title and paragraph 2 with respect to Claim Case No. 1709/2018 (Smt. Sushila Sahu & Sons) stand deleted, and the MCC application is hereby allowed.
5. The rest of the order shall remain intact and unchanged. The present direction shall be read as an integral part of the previous
