GP FOR REVENUE 2 HBKM,J W.P.No.11098 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the agricultural lands in Sy.Nos.557/4, 618/3, 618/4 and 618/5 to an extent of Ac.7.29 cents in Vejendla Village, Chebrolu Mandal, Guntur District, for the purpose of house sites under the “Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu” Scheme without following the due process of law, even though the DKT Patta granted to the husband of the petitioner is in vogue. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that it is a Government land and classified as quarry poramboke and no DKT Patta was given in favour of the husband of the petitioner as claimed the DKT. As per the revenue records, the patta is a fake one. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.7.29 cents in Sy.Nos.557/4, 618/3, 618/4 and 618/5 of Vejendla Village, Chebrolu Mandal, Guntur District, strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioner is otherwise found to be in possession of the same, she shall not be evicted except by following the due process of law. 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.11098 of 2020 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
