Act even though Prima-Facie on the Complaint clearly mentioned R-5 un-official respondent cheated the petitioner failed to fulfill his promise to marry, there by committed an offence of rape inspite of the same it is registered an FIR U/s 498-A even though he is not husband and in not registering the Sections 415,420,376 of I.P.C. are all Illegal, Unlawful, Violation of a Principles of Natural Justice, Violation of an Articles 14,19 of the Constitution of India Consequently to direct the Respondent Police R3 and R4 to add the Sections 415,420,376 of I.P.C. in FIR No.400/2021 as per the Complaint allegations on that to Conduct Investigation and to Submit a Charge Sheet /Final Report as per the Law and Procedure before the Concerned Court in the interest of the justice and pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case and to pass.…” 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3.
