Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI calling the record of history sheet no.68/A dated 12.12.2024 and quashing the history sheet no.68/A dated 12.12.2024 passed by respondent no.3. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no.3 not to make surveillance of the petitioner in pursuance of history sheet no.68/A dated 12.12.2024." 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner is an effective remedy for redressal of his grievance by filing a representation before the respondent no. 2- Senior Superintendent of Police, District- Bulandshahr. 4. In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent no.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, District- Bulandshahr along with certified copy of this order, which shall be considered and decided by the respondent no. 2 on its own merit, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the claim of the petitioner, which shall be looked into by the said respondent while deciding the claim of the petitioner. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ petition is finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
