Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2779 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Meral P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 87 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the 18 years old daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. Statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S. in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish and she had gone to Ranchi. However, she has stated that the petitioner forced her to go with him to several places, where he also established physical relationship with her. 4. It appears to be the case of adolescent love affair between the parties. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Meral P.S.
